RepoRise Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

  • RepoRise is committed to providing transparent and fair refund and cancellation policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • All payments made to RepoRise are processed through the customer’s RepoRise wallet and are subject to the policies outlined below.

2. Wallet Balance Usage & Non-Refundable Transactions

  • Once the wallet balance is used for any service (e.g., query purchases, review management fees, or upgrades), it cannot be refunded.
  • Customers must review their purchase decisions before confirming payments using the wallet balance.

3. Refund of Unused Wallet Balance

  • If a customer has an unused wallet balance, they may request a refund.
  • Refund requests can be submitted through the RepoRise support team.
  • Refunds will be processed and credited within 10 working days through the original payment method used for adding funds to the wallet.
  • Any promotional or bonus credits added by RepoRise to the wallet are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation of Services

  • Review Management Subscriptions: Customers may cancel their annual subscription anytime within 30 days of order date, but the fees already deducted from the wallet are non-refundable.
  • Query Purchases: Since each query is OTP-verified before being shared, per query charges are non-refundable under any cirumstances.
  • Plan Upgrades: If a customer upgrades their plan using wallet balance, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

5. Modification or Termination of Services

  • RepoRise reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. If such changes impact customers, RepoRise may provide alternative solutions or credits instead of refunds.
  • If a customer violates RepoRise’s terms of service, their account may be suspended or terminated without a refund.

  • Customers can initiate a refund request for unused wallet balance by contacting RepoRise’s support team via email or chat support.
  • All refund requests will go through a verification process, and customers must provide proof of their payment details.
